THE ANALYSIS ON CUSTOMERS PREFERENCES ON BCA MOBILE BANKING IN SURABAYA
This research is focusing in the customers prefrences of mobile banking usage, especially from the customer of Bank Centra Asia in Surabaya, try to find out what factors that increasing the numbar of mobile banking usage in Surabaya. The sampling method of the research is using judgemnt sampling and the analysis of the questionnaires data is using two kind of sofware: SPSS 13.0 for windows and MOS 5.0. The result of the data show that there are more male customers who use mobile banking rather than female customers, and most of the users are having m-BCA to use m-Transfer, so they do not need to get queue at the ATM. This research concludes that BCA have already able to increase mobile banking service along with the increasing number of the mobile banking usage and the increasing number of the customers expectation of mobile banking. The customers perceived values also become of one of the factors that affects on yhe increasing number of mobile banking usage of Bank Central Asia.
