Abstract

The purpose of this research to find how the trick , the strategy and to be done consultants management in order to increase the competitiveness of competition between in competitive and management consultant .The qualitative method was used in the study descriptive in their efforts to find , gather , process and analyze the results of the research through interviews deep to the three who informants .As for the result of study between other required several steps need to be taken to increase the competitiveness of the profession of a management consultant , and required activity in order to increase the skill and penguasanaan tools management as well as the tools needed understanding as well as mastery of analysis the field of human resources as assay written or oral test is also really is required in support the performance of a management consultant at the time of the handling of the project.
