Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership style of South Korean expatriates in leading companies in Indonesia, with dimensions of South Korean expatriate style leadership style of autocracy and paternalistic leadership. The method in this research is quantitative, the result of this research is that the style of South Korean expatriate leadership is more dominant in the autocratic leadership style, the South Korean expatriate leadership style is more referenced by the indicator in providing the leadership policy with clear and firm instructions, and the style of paternalistic leadership of South Korean expatriates is more understood indicators provide guidance, in which the South Korean exaptriat always gives direction in completing the work.
