Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find variable influence work satisfaction and commitment to work organization motivation and implications for the employee performance pt Mitra Karya Jaya Sentosa. Based on analysis of the note that work in satisfaction have a positive influence and significantly to motivation work, job satisfaction have negative effects and significant on performance since factors self-esteem.While commitment organization exert positive and significant tehadap motivation work and performance.Motivation work influential positive and significant on performance means with satisfaction and commitment organization will cause motivation work it will cause and influence employee performance PT Mitra Karya Jaya Sentosa.
