The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between financing pattern and the use of Bootstrapping in the small firms located in Surabaya Madura bridge. The methodology of this paper is a qualitative descriptive. Collecting data were conducted to each of these owner-managers and six of them returned usable data. Research results in this research include the first bootstrapping can affect the financing patterns in small and on the bridge suramadu.Both, the informant use only two of the four the method bootstrapping the customer related and owner-related financing and resources.Third, to be successful in business, should small business owners had to implement those factors in method bootstrapping.
