Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and job stress affect the Quality of work life of employees and the impact on job satisfaction of employees of PT BRI Branch Pasar Minggu Jakarta. This study used a sample of 142 employees. The results using path analysis showed that transformational leadership has an influence on employee satisfaction, The results showed that the negative effect of job stress on employee job satisfaction, and the the quality of work life (quality of work life) affect the job satisfaction of employees.
