Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the effect of the strategy of product, price, promotion and place for consumer satisfaction at Warung Giras in Surabaya. the number of samples taken for this study was around 100 respondents. The selection of samples using non-probability sampling technique an accidental sampling type. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant strategy of product, price, promotion and place are simultaneous to consumer satisfaction at Warung Giras in Surabaya. (2) there is a positive and significant products and promotions partially towards customer satisfaction at Warung Giras di Surabaya.
