Abstract

This research to know how far E-Service Quality and Consumer Behavior and Customer Satisfaction give influence to Customer Loyalty. Methods of data collection with questionnaire, data analysis using validity test, reliability test and SEM test. The test results show that E-Service Quality and Consumer Behavior and Customer Satisfaction give positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty.
