Abstract

The study aims to determine “The Effect of Change Management, Transformational Leadership Approach, and Income’s Perception towards the Job’s Satisfaction of XYZ Surabaya Hospital’s Employees”. The population of this study was the hospital’s employees, with the total sample of 126 employees. The method for data collection was through questionnaire, while the data was analyzed using SEM. The result of this study stated that change management, have a significant effect towards the job’s satisfaction. Transformational leadership significantly influence the job’s satisfaction. Income’s perception also give a significant effect to the variable.
