ANALISIS KEPEMIMPINAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. HALMAHERA INDOSERV BALIKPAPAN
This research aims to examine and describe the influence of leadership and non-physical work environment of a company on employee loyalty and its impact on employee performance. To test the hypothesis, a quantitative descriptive approach is used statistically which provides an explanation of the relationship between variables. Data collection through questionnaires, distributed to 60 employees. Data analysis used SPSS version 22.0. The results of the F test, leadership and non-physical work environment did not have a significant simultaneous on employee loyalty and employee performance. Partially, only the non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee loyalty and employee performance.
