Abstract

This study has aim to see the influence of the quality of services and product quality against and buy to consumers in the Lotte mart of Surabaya city. The kind of research being done was quantitative research with used method of sample selection used in this research was purposive sampling as 100 respondents. are as many as peopleas for this research result among others variable quality of services significant impact on consumers to buy on variable interest lotte mart surabaya and variable quality product positive influence significantly to variasbel interest to buy on buyers in lotte mart Surabaya
