PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI YAYASAN PESANTREN ISLAM AL-AZHAR JAWA TIMUR

Abstract

The success of a company cannot be separated from the role of its human resources because they act as the main actors in realizing the company's goals. In realizing good job satisfaction, there are varying influencing factors, including compensation, communication, and the environment around the workplace. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of these factors on employee job satisfaction at the Al-Azhar Islamic Boarding School Foundation, East Java. The research was conducted using the casual explanatory method or explanatory research by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents who worked as employees at the foundation. Based on the results of the study, it is known that X3 does not have a significant effect on employee satisfaction while X1 and X2 have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the three independent variables have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of the employees of the Al-Azhar Islamic Boarding School in East Java simultaneously.
