Abstract

Employee performance is the result of individual or group work following the responsibilities or authorities of each employee within a certain period. This study aims to analyze the increase in employee performance influenced by training, work discipline, and work supervision at PT Uci's cleaning service during the covid-19 endemic period. This study uses a quantitative approach to determine the level of employee performance relationship that is influenced by training, work discipline, and work supervision. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed an increase in employee performance which was influenced by training to achieve high employee work discipline resulting in work supervision being adjusted to certain situations and conditions.
