PENGARUH TAMPILAN ANTAR MUKA TERHADAP MINAT BELI PELANGGAN M-COMMERCE (STUDI KASUS PELANGGAN GO-FOOD)

Abstract

Marketing using mobile applications is a popular trend today. The number of internet users in Indonesia who use mobile applications in conducting transactions until January 2021 is recorded at 193.3 million users of the total population of Indonesia, which is around 267 million people. This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer buying interest based on the quality of the user interface on a mobile-based ordering application, namely the GoFood application. The research method used is a survey method using a sampling method that is using purposive sampling. The total respondents obtained were 105 consumers, namely consumers who had used the GoFood application and then processed the data using a simple linear regression method with a significance level of 0.05 through the SPSS application. The results obtained are proven that the interface display variable has a significant positive effect on consumers' buying interest in the GoFood application.
