PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV. BOEN INTERIOR SURABAYA

Abstract

  1. Boen Interior Surabaya which is located at Jl. Kalijudan X No. 11, Kalijudan, Mulyorejo, Surabaya City, East Java. is a company engaged in furniture and has many employees. Problems that exist in the CV. Boen Interior Surabaya is a decrease in employee performance due to compensation, motivation and employee work environment. The purpose of this study in accordance with the formulation of the problem described above is to determine, analyze and answer the role of Compensation, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at CV. Boen Interior Surabaya. This study took respondents with a total of 45 employees. This study took primary data by using a questionnaire. The type of research that will be used is by using quantitative methods. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis using SPSS Version 23.0. while for the classical assumption test used, among others, Data Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, heterokedasticity test. Overall, the indicators used in this study are valid (because the correlation coefficient value is > 0.739 with a significant level < 0.05) and reliable (because the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient value is > 0.60). The results of the classical assumption test also show that this study has met, among others: 1) the residuals of the two regression models are normally distributed; 2) Both regression models are free from multicollinearity; 3) There is no heteroscedasticity. The results of the analysis conclude that all variables have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y)
