Boen Interior Surabaya is a decrease in employee performance due to compensation, motivation and employee work environment. The purpose of this study in accordance with the formulation of the problem described above is to determine, analyze and answer the role of Compensation, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at CV. Boen Interior Surabaya. This study took respondents with a total of 45 employees. This study took primary data by using a questionnaire. The type of research that will be used is by using quantitative methods. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis using SPSS Version 23.0. while for the classical assumption test used, among others, Data Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, heterokedasticity test. Overall, the indicators used in this study are valid (because the correlation coefficient value is &gt; 0.739 with a significant level &lt; 0.05) and reliable (because the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient value is &gt; 0.60). The results of the classical assumption test also show that this study has met, among others: 1) the residuals of the two regression models are normally distributed; 2) Both regression models are free from multicollinearity; 3) There is no heteroscedasticity. This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer buying interest based on the quality of the user interface on a mobile-based ordering application, namely the GoFood application. The research method used is a survey method using a sampling method that is using purposive sampling. The total respondents obtained were 105 consumers, namely consumers who had used the GoFood application and then processed the data using a simple linear regression method with a significance level of 0.05 through the SPSS application. Ada tiga variabel bebas yang digunakan sebagai prediktor keuntungan bank yaitu kinerja relationship manager berdasarkan target klien (X1), target nilai (X2) dan loyalitas nasabah. Data yang digunakan adalah data dari tahun 2006-2014. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik parametrik yang meliputi analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil pengujian terhadap hipotesis dan analisis terhadap fungsi regresi disimpulkan bahwa baik target klien (X1), target nilai (X2) dan loyalitas nasabah (X3) terbukti mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bank CIMB Niaga Surabaya. Hasil uji F hitung di dapatkan nilai F sebesar 14,179 dengan probabilitas menerima H0 sebesar 0,007 dengan demikian H0 ditolak. Ketepatan model prediktor secara simultan ini dijelaskan dengan kekuatan hubungan model sebesar 0,946 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,895. Signifikansi pengaruh target klien (X1) terhadap profitabilitas ditunjukkan dengan uji t hitung sebesar 2,952 dengan signifikansi mencapai 0,032, target nilai (X2) dengan t hitung sebesar 2,793 dan signifikansi 0,038 dan pada variabel Loyalitas Nasabah (X3) dengan t hitung 6,248 dengan signifikansi mencapai 0,002. This research design uses a demonstration method. In first cycle, it was implemented by applying the learning video demonstration method, picture cards and number cards. In the second, it was implemented by applying the demonstration method using picture cards and number cards in the learning video PowerPoint slide show in the form of animation. The results of the Classroom Action Research (CAR) show that students' understanding and learning outcomes of mathematics material about multiplication by applying the teaching video demonstration method, picture cards, number cards and applying the demonstration method using picture cards and number cards in the learning video PowerPoint slide show in the form of animation. There was an increase in the first classical completeness of students was 60% with an average value of 72.4 and classical completeness in Cycle II was 96% with an average value of 93.2. The results of the study simultaneously and partially leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.
