Abstract

Hospitality is one of the supporters of the creative industry that has developed after the covid 19 pandemic. In operational management, especially fast and responsive service, the main key in winning the competition. implementation of a hotel information system is a solution to overcome the level of response from hotels to consumer needs. In this study, the modeling of a web-based information system in the hospitality industry was carried out. This research will use the waterfall method and design the interface and notifications on the payment system to make it easier for users to make transactions. The final result obtained is the value of the benefits to the hotel business where the hotel will have effectiveness and efficiency in the reservation process for guests who will stay.
