ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA INDUSTRI KONVEKSI DI DESA TRITUNGGAL KECAMATAN BABAT KABUPATEN LAMONGAN

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to find out the business costs of the convection industry in Tritunggal Village, Tritunggal District, Lamongan Regency, to analyze the business income of the convection industry in Tritunggal Village, Tritunggal District, Lamongan District, and to determine the feasibility of the convection industry in Tritunggal Village, Tritunggal District, Lamongan Regency, the population in the study These are confectionery entrepreneurs in Tritunggal Village, Babat District, Lamongan Regency, totaling 6 business owners. The sampling technique that was carried out was deliberately with the sample criteria, namely the establishment of a business in the same year and having run a business for more than 5 years. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are cost analysis, income analysis, and business feasibility. The results of this study indicate that (1) The average total cost of production for a convection business in Tritunggal Village, Tritunggal District, Lamongan Regency per one production run is Rp. 23,587,167 (2) The average income of the convection business in Tritunggal Village, Tritunggal District, Lamongan Regency in one production run is Rp. 86,666,667 (3) The average result of the analysis of the feasibility of the convection industry business in Tritunggal Village, Babat District, Lamongan Regency in one production run is R/C 4 which is considered feasible because the ratio obtained is more than 1, B/C is 2.6 . it can be said to be feasible because the B/C obtained is > 1, the average ROI obtained is 2.6 which is said to be feasible because the ROI is > 1
