The implementation of digital models in operational management is an absolute must, and this study, which implemented a Human Resource Management Information System using OrangeHRM at Company X in Surabaya, also evaluated its impact on operational efficiency in HR management. The results showed that OrangeHRM could automate various HR administration functions such as employee data management, attendance recording, leave management, and employee report generation. Implementation was carried out in stages through system requirements analysis, software installation, module configuration, user training, and operational trials. The implementation of this system had a positive impact on users by improving data accuracy, accelerating administrative processes, and simplifying employee performance and discipline monitoring.
